Salvation Mountain / Julian

We will meet up at the Great Park, parking lot #2. KSU at 0900 hrs.

The route will take us east on 10 Fwy thru Palm Springs and into Indio.  We will head south on Hwy 86 towards the Salton Sea, where we will arrive at Salvation Mountain.  We will spend a hour or so exploring the mountain before we head into Brawley and west thru Anza Borrego Desert.  We will make a quick stop in Julian to grab some Pie and Honey before we make our way back to Escondido and north into OC.

This should be an amazing ride with some great views of our deserts.
