Cold Spring Tavern
A little longer ride this time!
We will be headed north up the 1 thru Malibu where we will meet up with the 101 in Oxnard and into Santa Barbara. We’ll then jump on the 154 and head into the mountains where we will stop for a bite at Cold Spring Tavern near Lake Cachuma.
Might be a bit cold, so pack accordingly. Looking at about 6 hours in the saddle. With stops and lunch, we are planning on about an 8+ hour day. 304 Miles Round Trip.
Meetup is Sta 40 Back Lot, by Wells Fargo (Brookhurst/Slater). KSU at 0830 hrs.
I would recommend making a reservation at least a week ahead for the Cold Springs Tavern as it gets super busy up there. The food is great and I highly recommend the Tri-Tip! Looking forward to seeing you all all the road. Marc
